Snow?

yep. its been snowing for three days. we want it to snow forever. we've been waiting for this winter to come so we could make full use of our studded snow tires and 4 wheel drive.
the snow plow about scared the crap out of us the first night though. you see we sleep in the front room (futon next the fire place, couch by day-bed by night) so when the snow plow came by at five a.m. with its roaring/dragging noise and its flashing light we were alarmed.
but heres the thing... durning the day its different. why the hell would they paint the trucks camoflage and then paint the plows bright orange and add a flashing light to the top? it'd be like if you were looking at a person and it was just a floating head coming toward you. there's something disurbing about it.
also, those guys haul ass! i mean... i don't remember my dad driving that fucking fast when he used to plow our 3 mile driveway in Tahoe.
