we were leaving to go on our romantic anniversary trip up to tahoe when we burned the clutch out of our car. had it towed home and thankfully had plenty of foodstuffs as we had planned on camping all weekend.
terribly disapointing.
new clutch and new front axle.
that all cost around $900.
the next friday richard calls me at work to say hes having the car towed in for more repairs. the timing belt broke. they couldn't start work on it till monday. we just picked our car up on thursday.

that all cost $666 i'm not fucking kidding.
i haven't been feeling well.
its going to cost about $500 for me to have a little surgery next wednesday.
rent was due on the 15th. our landlord/friend has assured us that we caught her at a good time in life and we can take as much time as needed in getting her the rent.
today all the icecream in the freezer had melted and run all over. in the freezer. it was only 95degrees outside yesterday. its supposed to be much hotter today. i don't think the fridge is gonna make it this summer. don't really want to tell the landlord. she could replace it.... maybe if we payed rent.
in summary: when it rains it poors. and money is dumb.
ps we aren't moving to Seattle anytime soon.
