Thank You Tempest!

I found this whilst reading one of my heros blogs. It really strikes a cord. I'm glad to see what i've been telling myself a lot lately, suddenly reaffirmed.
So Thank you Tempest!

7 good things to repeat aloud for your sanity:

1. I am not responsible for other people's insecurities.
2. Other people's insecurities are reflective of their issues, not my own.
3. Some people would rather be negative towards other people rather than deal with their own issues.
4. Insecurity and jealousy are nasty bedfellows.
5. I alone can be responsible for my issues and actions.
6. The universe balances all things. We might not like how it does it, or how it long it takes, but balance will happen regardless.
7. Balance comes first from within me, not from others.

AFRESH-ED with God goodness

At work on Monday I found this

In my vanity I thought, "oh no. The kid next door has a crush."
Then I opened the 'love note'

Thats right! Read up kids and become AFRESH-ED with God goodness!
WTF?!
AFRESH-ED?!
Thats not even a word!!!! But the best thing was inside there was a dollar!
Jesus loves me so much he gave me a dollar!
I thought to my self, "Self, if there is one, there must be more!" And so I had a kind of Easter egg hunt.(get it.... jesus... easter egg hunt... snicker)
*note - mondays are very slow at work
I found three! Jesus loves me so much he gave me THREE dollars!
I felt so AFRESH-ED! When I got home and showed elex he asked if I went shopping at other stores to find more of them. What a splendid idea!
sigh. good day.
