Today I told a Vegan that her favorite candy has gelatin in it and watched the battle raging in her mind as it played out on her face.
In the end she didn't succumb to the temptation of the delicious candies but I think I did put her on the path to damnation.

If you are going to be an extremist you are going to have to make some sacrifices.
Completely unrelated to that, I also passed your average yellow "warning deer x-ing" sign except that this one said "warning suicidal deer."
Both made me smile.

I have a customer that diabetic and she gets an extra caramel caramel frappucino "light". I ask her every single day if she really wants that because "light" does not mean sugar free. She is going to go into a diabetic shock one of these days and I am just going to throw caramel bottles at her face while she is down. People are dumb.

I say just take the top off the squeezey bottle and dump in the caramel!

p.s. my grandmother was diabetic. she refused to eat the sugar free candies. she was also over 250lbs. i hear diabetes skips a generation.
